OUR POLICIES

The Whispering Woods is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

Rates are per unit and accommodate up to the indicated capacity with a 2-night minimum stay. An additional fee of $25 per pet, per day applies for guests traveling with pets.

Quiet HOurs:

Quiet hours begin at 10 PM sharp. Please respect other guest and keep voices, music and outdoor noise at a minimum. Enjoy alcohol responsibly

Check-In: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM

Every effort is made to ensure your vacation home is cleaned and prepared by check-in time. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, exact occupancy times cannot always be guaranteed.

Please do not arrive prior to check-in time. If you plan to arrive outside of scheduled check-in hours, please contact us in advance to make arrangements.

Check-Out: 11:00 AM

Check-out time must be observed to allow adequate preparation for incoming guests.

Guests remaining on the property after 11:00 AM without prior approval will incur a late check-out fee of $50.00 per hour beyond the designated check-out time.

Smoking Policy

Absolutely no smoking is permitted inside any unit. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available for guest use.
